Creative Drinking Agency is a full-service agency and creative consultancy with capabilities across branding, strategy, creative, and production. We are looking for a Community Manager to help us grow and nurture the online community of a client in the home build space.

We’re looking for someone who is as chronically online as we are. An ideal candidate is creative, data-driven and strategic but someone who gets that a good comment reply is an art form, and has at least 3 TikTok sounds stuck in their head daily. You are a digital storyteller who understands social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices. You have a proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands, and know how to balance community engagement with big-picture thinking.

The Role:

  • Be the brand’s voice across all social platforms, managing day-to-day activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
  • Spot trends, UGC, and community conversations worth jumping into—and communicate clearly to the larger team why they matter
  • Analyze performance across all platforms using key metrics; provide monthly and quarterly reporting with data-backed insights and recommendations
  • Work with the creative team to ideate content ideas across multiple media platforms and tools, contributing to team brainstorms, content plans, and online execution

You're Someone Who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience managing social communities
  • Feels at home inside a brand’s voice
  • Loves home/lifestyle/DIY culture. You for sure have a favorite HGTV host.
  • Has hands-on experience managing social media for brands
  • Is confident adapting content to different platform tones
  • Can work independently but thrives in a collaborative, creative environment

Bonus Points:

  • You’re based in LA to occasionally help with content, and even extra bonus points if you are comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera
  • You speak German (not required, but a bonus for this client)
