Comprehensive 2024 creative and marketing campaign for Firestone Walker’s new citrus wheat ale, Cali Squeeze. This 360-degree campaign included a brand refresh with a new tagline, photo, and video production, and a complete campaign roll-out for everything from TV ad spots to out-of-home and social. Product photography and our new tagline, Real Beer, Real Fruit, Real Life, were designed to showcase the brand’s brewing ethos—working with all-natural flavors and ingredients, including fruits sustainably sourced from California. For lifestyle shoots, we worked with renowned photographer Rennie Solis, known for documenting moments that feel instinctive and spontaneous. Highlighting brand ambassadors who embrace adventure and embody a laid-back lifestyle, we showcased a day in their lives, from creating art to surfing the California coastline. We told the Cali Squeeze story through celebratory vignettes designed to capture the spirit and ethos of a truly holistic lifestyle. For the typeface, we used a hands-on approach to create letter forms. By painting with real blood oranges, we imbued the design with a distinctly organic voice. Circle stickers in brand-pop colors were incorporated as a storytelling texture that nods to the iconic manufacturer marks found on the fruit we daily consume. Our lifestyle, social, and video campaign assets are an extension of the brand’s anthem—an authentic feeling that draws energy from the California sunshine.
