When approached to share the stories of the members of Centura Health, the largest health care ecosystem across Colorado and western Kansas, we knew there would be some kleenex needed. Building a community around sharing the mission of first responders, oncology nurses who battled cancer themselves, and therapy dog trainers the campaign “Our Incredible Mission” had the goal of revitalizing the brand and clarify what makes Centura unique as a health organization.  

The network-wide road show and video series proved to be highly successful, driving significant engagement across various platforms. The initiative resulted in thousands of hours of video viewing, showcasing strong viewer interest and retention. The campaign garnered 1.4 million social impressions, representing a notable 70.2% increase compared to the previous quarter. This surge in social media visibility indicates a growing audience reach and interest in local, community content achieving a remarkable 44% earned media from sharing and reposting. This level of organic engagement  highlights its effectiveness in sparking conversation and interest in local markets. Overall, these outcomes demonstrate the impactful reach and effectiveness of our strategic approach in engaging and mobilizing audiences.
